Came in for a tire path I see the nail in my tire went in try to up sell me a tire when a patch is covered it's honestly sad to try to cash out on people who came here for years not no more, This is a huge reason kingsport is better for warranty Just wanted 3 hours of my time on one tire can I get my time back? Stopped by today to get tires rotated and have 1 tire fixed. They said they couldn't fix the tire because of the location of the puncture (screw) and they will order another to replace it. My tires were rotated but my tire light was on so I checked the pressure with MY guage. ... one tire was 21lb , 23lb, 40lb, 40lb. I seen the worker outside with another customer and ask if they didn't check my tire psi when they rotated? Had me pull up to bay and a young boy aired my tires.
