We were traveling from Alabama to Maine with a trailer. Got a flat on the trailer and needed repair. Found Discount Tires in Bristol VA and stopped there. David took my information and told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour because there were two cars ahead of me. I went across the parking lot to Chick-fil-A and had breakfast while I waited. 30 minutes later I was texted that the tire was ready. When I got back the tire was already mounted on the trailer.
