Great customer service
Always have a good experience at any discount tire location
So I would definitely have to say that this was the worst experience I've ever had in buying tires. First of all I went in to buy a specific tire I was talked into buying a different kind of tire now my car does not ride the same. I was told I would get $80 off in store as well as $110 rebate in a form of a Visa or MasterCard in the mail, upon trying to fill out my rebate form I discover that the entire I bought is not on the list for the rebate. Instead of helping somebody, you just try and sell more tires. I expected more from you than walmart, but all I got was the same.
Booked online to avoid long wait time. That didn’t matter. I waited nearly 2 hours for a simple nail in tire. They only saw me because I had to complain that I’ve been waiting too long. They even lost my sign-in information.
