Went to get a tire fixed, got told they couldn’t fix it and I needed a new one. Mind you brand new car, hole in the fixable area. They said they couldn’t do it. I told them OK. Give me the tire back with the rim on and I will take care of. It stated they couldn’t do that but they could give it to me two pieces. I took it to the dealership. dealership fixed it with no issues. Long story short they’re scammers and they wanted me to buy a new tire from them when I didn’t need a new tire they just didn’t want to fix it.
They helped me quickly and I was in and out. They do need more people who can stay at the desk as it was very busy on a Saturday. They do not do alignments here but the employee said they would be able to soon. In the meantime he referred me to another shop for an alignment.
Great people to do business with as well as friendly and fast service, I got brand new quality long lasting shoes on my whip today as well as new lug nuts and replacement windshield wipers, I'm back on the road, and I'm unstoppable! Thank you Discount Tire!:-) y'all are excellent!
