Amazing customer service. Thank you Brody and Ethan for you patience and problem solving. Had a highway blowout that was not great but they were able to get me going again!
Had tire issues with our Hertz Rental Car and Ethan was the most transparent person we talked to regarding the situation. He had seen other people have the same kind of issues and gave us the information we needed to try and avoid footing the bill for the repair. Even got us in contact with a local Hertz franchisee who was also being misled by the customer service of his own overheads.
Amazing service checked everything out. Going a screw and repaired it for free!
