I pulled in this morning (Saturday) and needed five new trailer tires unexpectedly after an incident on Friday traveling down i80. Got here right as they opened. Andru came out and met me, told me they could get me in. Ethan helped me locate the FIVE FOURTEEN PLY Trailer tires I NEEDED and they got me rolling with in the hour!!!!!! Talk about the best of the best, this discount tire is THE BEST of the best. I'd never hesitate to stop here. Super friendly, so so SO helpful. Thank you again guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
After purchasing four new truck tires yesterday. I had a pressure sensor go out. Before I left the store I brought it to their attention. They told me to drive on it for a little while and if it didn’t fix itself, come back and they would take care of it. I took my truck back this morning to get the sensor looked at and Andru and his team fixed it quickly, with no extra cost to me. Thanks everyone and keep up the great work!
I took my wife's car in today to get new tires. I scheduled the appointment yesterday and one of the two Ethans walked me through everything on the phone and explained the options. When I got there, another Ethan took care of me and got things going. I observed someone named Veronica helping others while I was there. Every employee was extremely helpful, kind, and cheerful. The whole experience was pleasant! Will likely continue getting tires there!
Only giving 1 star because I have to. My wife couldn't afford a tire and they wouldn't let anyone put on a spare in their parking lot. Also they wont put the spare on for her because its to old. She had to drive it flat to the next tire shop. I'm stuck 30 miles away. Worst business to help. This is the second time we have had issues. Be very guarded. They just want you to buy new tires and the prices are more than walmart across the street. That's no discount.
