Fellas in the garage area - Awesome Guy with glasses and mustache- Awesome Other guy working with him at register - Garbage About a week ago I arrived for a scheduled appointment for complete tire balance and rotation. One of the mechanics discovered that 2 of the wheels ( a little more then a year old ) are warped and cannot be 100% balanced, verified by lead mechanic, and we will call him the "other guy" from the register. Called in to see do i need a appointment, the guy said no , asked how long the wait he said one hour, get there the guy said two hours for a rotation and balance.
