I made an appointment this afternoon. As I entered the building, there was costumer who was being helped. As soon as he was done, another costumer cut off in front of me and the person who was at the desk continued with this customer. He didn't respect my waiting time in line. He didn't acknowledge myself to the costumer who cut off in front of me. Always great to work with. It is a busy place but well worthwhile.
Went in for a rebalance. Kinda dreading it as I was anticipating being sold something I didn’t need. NOT the case. Jesse did the inspection of the tires and told me what I already suspected. I do need to replace one tire. Free rebalance in under an hour. The folks were great and gave good advice. This is why DT is my go to for all of my cars. Thanks.
