“Bought Yokohama tires at Discount Tire for $1600, pushed by their staff with a 60,000-mile guarantee. At just 30,000 miles, they’re bald and dangerous. Now, they offer a measly $300 credit and demand $1400 more for the same useless tires. Their ‘guarantee’ is a joke. Don’t trust a word they say, and don’t buy their so-called ‘guaranteed’ tires.”
Come on seriously? Read this screenshot. Blue circle (click screenshot, top left) is current time. Yellow is the time it was supposed to be done and still waiting. Arrival time is not the time I dropped it off. I dropped it off at 1130 am EST was told 2.5 hours before completed. They sent me a link to track the status and this is what I see. Unbelievable!
Best place to get your tires repaired or replace. Very friendly and efficient staff. The prices are very fair and the store is super clean! Thank you all!
