they are so nice at this location...had some concerns about the tires .. but they check to see if the issue was covered under warranty and it was. Tires were fine for now but they said it was not an urgent replacement of tires.. but since it was covered partially by warranty I replaced them ..
I had an appointment at this Discount Tire on 7/26/25 at 1:15pm for a simple rotate and balance. When they finished, I noticed dirty handprints all over my car. I politely asked the employee who pulled my car out if they had anything to clean it, and his response was, “Oh, I didn’t do that.” No offer to help or take responsibility.
Still the best One-Stop Shop for Tires etc. Have been using Discount Tires for all our families vehicles for over 25plus years. Have always been so helpful & straight shooters. Today was no exception. Had an appointment & Jesse (assistant manager) helped me immediately. He was very professional & explained in detail what my options were. Stephen put 4 tires on my car in a very timely manner. All in all I had a very positive experience & would recommend this location to anyone needing tires.
