Was 5 stars, not now. I purchased 4 tires last week. Didn't really look at the bill, which was my fault. Good price on the tires with military discount but I was also charged $34 per tire, $139 total for 'Certificates for Refund, Replacement', something I never asked for. When I checked on-line it's supposed to be an option that you can either accept or reject. I was never offered that option, if I had, I would have turned it down, they just included it on my bill. Had a front end alignment and tire replacement with windshield wiper replaced. Brandon the store manager of Palm Coast Florida and his staff Justin were very helpful in ensuring the work was done properly. He helped explain in detail my issues and how to best assist to me with the products that they are offered. I will definitely refer my friends. My family are already active clients.
