We were on a long road trip when we lost pressure in one of our tires. We found this Discount Tire location in Spanish Fork, Utah and pulled in. The young men working in the store were all so very friendly and professional. Although the store was very busy, they were able to find and fix the problem in about 20 minutes so we could get back on the road. Such a refreshing experience! Thank you for your prompt, efficient, and effective service! I highly recommend this location!

Went to Discount Tire in Spanish Fork. They over-torqued a lug nut and broke it off. One of their employees told me it was due to rust. There is no rust on the lug stud or the lug nut. Another employee told me the previous tire shop had over-torqued it. They did everything in their power to put the blame on others instead of the real reason of over-torquing the lug nut using an air wrench instead of using a torque wrench.
