Waited 10 minutes at the desk and it was as if the employees intentionally avoided assisting me.
I was extremely happy with Discount Tire. Sam took the time to help me find some all weather tires that was in my budget and that fit my needs. The waiting room was clean and everyone there was extremely nice and helpful. I'll be going to here for all my tire needs from here on out
I have always had good luck at discount tire. I have seen people frustrated for waiting to get thier vehicle back. You need to make an appointment and have the expectation that its going to take time to get your tires rotated or installed. Unless they promised you a time and they went way over.
I took my car here to get new tires a couple months ago. While they were changing the tires, they damaged one of my wheel covers. I have called them to get them to rectify it by purchasing and sending me a new wheel cover ($70 for a single one, so it's not a huge ask), they said they would do it if I emailed them and sent a link of where to purchase it.
