I stopped by discount tire when they were 15 minutes from closing and over an hour behind on cars and had 8+ vehicles before me. they knew i had a tight schedule and it would be a while until i could get back in. one of their employees, sam, said they would take my car back and get me checked in and look at my car for free. this is the most considerate and polite tire company i have ever worked with. i 100% recommend and guarantee they will give you the best customer service in return.
I went in there with a wheel hop problem and they had a quick and affordable solution. They didn't try to upsale me or have me buy anything unessary. I appreciate their professionalism and prompt service. I will be going back in the future.
