Normally discount tire is the go to for everything tires on my Rivian R1T. I thought I’d get the same service at this location as I have at others, but I was wrong. The reason for today’s review is that even when I had an appointment for a basic tire rotation, I had to wait close to 2 hours for this service. It took them over an hour to even pull the truck into a bay. Why even have appointments if they won’t keep them on time?
This place is so crappy with communication. I get that they are busy. Came in for a seasonal tire swap. Was told that it would be 1 1/2 hours. Actually was close to a 3 hour wait. Seriously? I live an hour away and so I had to wait in the waiting room.
Spent 5 hours waiting for an alignment to be done on a vehicle, the first hour and a half they rotated the tires and didn't change the alignment even though i paid for said alignment. so i got put back in line and had to wait for the alignment. I suggest you never go here with how their workers forget to do basic work on vehicles.
I arrived at the store at 10:30am for an alignment and rotation. They told me it would be 1.5 to 2 hours it’s currently 1:47pm as I am writing this and they just called me to tell me they’re starting the alignment and it will be another hour. They successfully wasted my entire day. I work 60-70 hours a week. Saturday is the only day I have to get anything done and they completely wasted it.
