I was helped by Cayden: super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. All of the employees were very active and engaged. For my first time at a Discount tire I was impressed at how professional and speedy my experience was I called in the morning to reserve a time, showed up the same day, and they had new tires and windshield wipers installed within an hour after getting me checked in. I got a great set of tires at a really great price, exactly what you'd hope for from a place called Discount Tire. What surprised me was the friendly and amazing customer service. The whole experience from booking a time online through check-in, the work and delivery, it was all very first rate. I cannot even recall a place that treated me better. All-in-all I encountered four team members, and they were all extremely engaging, friendly, polite and professional. That service won me over. I will keep coming back.
