Fast, kind, courteous and professional service. I arrived during a very busy time and was out within 30 minutes of giving my key to the service tech. Thank you again Discount Tires on Montana in far east El Paso.
They were able to fix my flat in a quick couple of hours. They were also very polite and thorough. Will definitely return for any tire needs! They’re busy but they try to work with you quickly.
I have been a discount customer for 20+ years. Service is going downhill for sure. Every tire is “2/32” so they can sell you new tires. Even though the ones I have were just bought last year. And the tall guy with a beard, James I think his name is?, is a jerk and needs to find a new job. He’s obviously not happy working here.
