Buyer Beware: over a few years I have had some of the best service out of this location. Now the most important thing to them is sell sell sell. Now my tire tread is a 3 my stopping power is a 2 and I need to purchase new tires. The first person I talked to was a jerk and there was no need to rotate my tires. Not even if I am customer and that is what I want. I come from a time when we put boots in tires and fixed leaks that within an inch of the side walls. Pretty much the worst experience at a shop.
One of the most kind and hospitable interactions I’ve had at any automotive dealership! All of the staff are so informative and caring. It was extremely busy when we went, but they still got our car done before the estimated time! Special shout out to Will and the generosity he showed to my boyfriend and I. Much love from OKC!
