I brought my SUV in at 12:13 PM on 3/26/26 to have a tire checked for a leak. I was told it would take about 45 minutes, and the text I received showed an estimated completion time of 12:52 PM. These tires were purchased new at this location. Despite that, my vehicle was repeatedly skipped. A customer who arrived after me (silver Traverse) was taken in first. Professional but very sales forward. The time estimate to be finished is when they get it in the bay.
