Highly disappointed. My TPMS were lost during the tire install costing me another $260 after purchasing $1100.00 worth of tires. Car was very dirty when they finished & i have provided pics for proof. I would never recommend the Bartlesville Oklahoma location! Getting new tires took 4 hours!
Manager absolutely sucks
Asked for front wheel alignment. Was told wait would be 45 minutes before vehicle could be put on alignment rack. I decided to wait. 50 minutes later vehicle moved to alignment rack Only 5 minutes off from time estimate; that is very, very good. Talked with technician that performed alignment check. He explained issue and what the correction should be. OUTSTANDING. Most repair facilities do NOT let the customer talk to the technician doing the work. This is surprising but very welcome. We had a tire blow, and had our vehicle towed to Discount Tires. They helped us finance new tires. The finance application process was very difficult, and they took the time to help us. Like, a ridiculous amount of time. They remained very patient and friendly. Everyone I encountered here was very friendly. The waiting area is clean. And the air is very breezy, if there are people that understand that. It doesn't smell or feel like "mechanic air". They got our vehicle in pretty quickly once all the financing was done. My son goes to OKWU and I live 8 hours away in TX. His tire pressure was very low. They fixed his sensor and adjusted all his tire psi for free. Thank you for taking care of my boy.
