My tires had to be ordered they came quick and I used the tracker email to set time for installation and they were rather busy but still got mine done quick. This review is more so about the customer service I just was really blow away. Every worker from the guys at the registers ti the guy putting my tires on to the guy who gave me my keys and receipt were so positive and kind genuinely helpful like they enjoyed there job. Very disappointed. Your rep said we needed new tires. We said tires were 18 months old and had less than 5000 miles in them. She said you were sold tires 6 years old. Well we bought the tires from you guys. What kind of scam are you running. And if she is right will you give us new tires based on your experts advice
Pleased with the customer experience I got from the guy that helped me when I walked in. Reasonable wait time and got me taken care of.
My VW dealership actually recommended me to come to Discount Tires to get my tires replaced. He said they had better prices & a better supply. They were extremely professional and I felt like I could trust each person with whom I spoke. I highly recommend!
I bought tires for my silverado a few months back and the service and prices were excellent.. today I was driving my other car and picked up a nail in my left rear tire. I went by Discount Tire and spoke with Lance. He said they would try and patch it. I went to lunch and when I returned it was ready to go. I asked them how much I owe and was told me it was free!! I highly recommend them and their outstanding customer service.
