Great employees and costumer service, slammed busy all the time but employees are still very helpful! Only complaint I have is that I usually make appointments when I go to discount tire to avoid having to wait or hopefully help the employees out to get an idea when I’m coming. Unfortunately that hasn’t worked the past few times. I’ve come in with an appointment and been told no garages are open and the wait might be 1-2 hours unfortunately. Had a nail in my tire. Austin was great. Came out inspected the tire and had it fixed. Everyone that helped had great customer service. Over all it was a great experience. Would highly recommend Discount Tire
