Location is extremely busy. There was a wait even to put air in my tires. I choose this location because of it’s convenience to my job but I had to wait more than 30 minutes in line to notify a team member of what was needed. I simply needed air for my tires. I only stopped by as I have a road hazard warranty. I probably won’t use this location again for services.

I visited the Discount Tire store in Chesapeake, VA yesterday, and purchased all new tires (BF Goodrich) & rims (Fuel)! This was a large purchase & the first time I have purchased rims for any of my vehicles! I worked with Austin in the front of the shop, and another Austin on the technician side!
