So thankful for the people working here. They got my tire ordered and I was able to come in last minute on a Saturday afternoon. They made me aware of how long the wait may be, which I appreciated. My advisor took care of my tire himself because of how slammed they were and showed me I actually had 3 nails in the same tire so I purchased the protection plan for all four tires. Thank you to discount tire. I order tires online through tire rack and those were shipped to this location. Thanks to the installation happening at discount tire. Maintenance of the tires is covered for life. I made an appointment online for 2pm and was seen and checked out in a timely manner. For just installation it was $106 with an alignment check being offered for free and an alignment was offered for $89.99 Thank you to everyone for their help I will be back to this business.
Excellent customer service!
The service is fast and the employees are friendly but be VERY careful when purchasing tires because they will add an additional warranty ("certificates") onto the price of each tire without telling you or asking you if you want it. Very shady.
Guys are super nice you can’t beat that. However they broke one of my studs and instead of fixing it I had to go to another shop and make time out of my busy schedule to fix it and didn’t get a refund or anything. I would recommend them still, just be aware you may need a stud repair. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else:)
