Awesome experience.
They are THE BEST! Purchased new tires for the truck a few months ago. Noticed air loss in one and found a screw in the tire. Brought it back to discount tire at 8am this morning and tire was fixed in a half hour. NO CHARGE!
Jack, Jonathan ,Joshua and the entire team helped me today with a bigger problem than what I came in for. They were helpful , patient and polite with me and I really wanted to say thank you!!!
Had a tire blow due to an object on Truman Pkwy. Drove to discount tire on Abercorn and was greeted by Hunter who was Very Professional and helped to calm my anxiety of having to drive with a tire fit for a golf cart! He took the time to go over every option and listened to what I could afford. There is a great staff as everyone acknowledged the customers waiting in line even as they could see the inpatient faces. I Highly recommend Discount Tire! Great Job to the people hiring these Awesome people! Thank You again Hunter! T... read more
