Overall experience was alright. I took my car in to have one tire replaced and that’s it. Went back to check on the car an hour and a half later to find them with multiple wheels off of their rims and two different wheels off the car. Slight miscommunication but the issue was fixed right away. Thank you to TJ for smoothing everything out.
Unfortunately, went to the store, decided on four brand new tires and the salesperson, Eric Barela, tried to automatically add on warranties and protection plans and everything without even asking if I wanted it. I left without the tires and going to a more scrupulous company.
I experienced relentless upsell and that was fine until it was inconvenient for this shop to follow through. I got a set of tire installed so they get 2 stars. The extra services I thought I purchased weren't delivered and I wasn't given a receipt until I followed up with a complaint. YOU CAN DO BETTER.
