I used to speak highly of them, but my last few experiences has me reconsidering. Maybe just this location. Today they refused to install new tires (exact same size) that was purchased online because the load rating was different (better rating), yet offered to sell me the exact same tires! How much sense does that make?
Eric was extremely helpful for a short notice change in appointment then cancel and refund. He was friendly and empathic. Thank you for great service!
