PLEASE BEWARE OF THE CHESTER LOCATION! Misleading prices and poor customer service. I came in with a slow leak in one of my tires. They said it wasn’t repairable which was fine. I decided to replace two tires and the guy helping me gave me a price for two new tires. I accepted and they told me it would be ready around 6:09 pm. I love Discount Tires. The customer service is amazing and their prices are great. They have a customer for life. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Don't bother making an appointment. I made a 445 appointment and will still be waiting 2 hours per the service writer. EDIT: although I was quoted 2 hours, they got me taken care of in about 40 minutes.
I have been a loyal customer for a few years now. Have purchased tires from them on a couple occasions. Came in this last time to get my tires balanced/rotated and to replace the air stem/valves. Service was great, staff was great but the wait time? That was a little excessive. (In my opinion) Almost 2 hours if not more. Granted I understand because they were busy but it's my fault for not asking how long it would be. Next time I'll set up an appointment and have someone pick me up so I don't have to wait there.
