Everytime we come, all staff is always kind and courteous. Everything is thoroughly explained.
I’m gonna be honest, probably some of the nicest people that I’ve encountered in a while and this type of business. Super friendly got me exactly what I needed. Gave me. Multiple options was not pushy when I decided to go with a cheaper one gave me a duration of time when it would be completed and they were pretty much spot on. If you’re in the area, I think this is a must go.
Great service and friendly staff who really look out for the customer. While there I watched them take care of a lady who was not even a customer *YET*. She had an issue and the tech just strolled on out and assured her it would be ok. I have bought tires for several cars between my mother, son and wife. All have had solid service and fair pricing. Warrenty/road hazard was covered on my wife's rear tire without any issue or cost. They. Just. Replaced. the. tire. Sams club would not even bother to come to the counter.
Discount Tire service was excellent . The technician inspected my tire and showed me that my tires were over 7 years old. He recommended me the 80,000 miles tire similar to the original tire I had on the vehicle. I also got the tire package warranty and the holiday President sale that was on. My car now rides smooth again.
