We had some sidewall damage to our tire while on vacation. The tire was under warranty but this location didn’t have it in stock and wouldn’t have it before we left to go home. Instead of just saying “oh well, too bad”, they offered to put on a free tire to get us home. They noted in the system about the situation so we could have the tire replaced under warranty still when we got home. We were in and out in 45 minutes. This kind of service is rare to find these days. We are thankful for JP helping get us home.
Excellent service at Discount Tire just had four tires mounted and balanced on my Mercedes Benz great job fellas thank you.
Showed up to get my tires balanced and rotated. Even was given a price. Only to have my tires only rotated. Asked about the balancing and they said you’ll have to bring it back. Never again!
