Very friendly and knowledgable staff! I was there at 7:55 and my tire repair was completed within 40 minutes.
They finally got my tires to stop shaking at highway speeds. They are the only discount tire in the area that got it right. I cant thank them enough its nice to see place that actually listen to my concerns and did what I asked.

The Bossier City store on Airline Drive provided excellent customer service. I had purchased a new set of tires a couple of months earlier. The evening before this most recent purchase I was driving in a heavy rain with very low lighting and I accidentally drove over a curb which chipped a small part of my outer rim which cut a slice in the sidewall of my tire.
