Unpleasantly disappointed with the quality of workmanship, bringing what otherwise would have been a 5-star experience down to a 2-star experience. I brought my brand-new vehicle, with only 1,331 miles, in for a tire replacement and was surprised to find damage to that rim from the lug nuts and service work afterwards. Excellent experience at Discount Tire! The customer service was outstanding—both the clerk and the technician were knowledgeable and took the time to go over everything with me. Reserving an appointment beforehand meant no wait time, and the service was both fast and thorough. It's also great that they honor military discounts. I won't go anywhere else for my tire needs!
I was always put off by the name "Discount Tire"... don't know why but I just thought with a name like that, it would be a bad experience. Boy, was I wrong! I needed 4 new tires for my Toyota Crown. I stopped in, told them I would prefer Cooper branded tires and they had the Cooper Endeavor Plus installed and I was on my way within an hour.
