OK guys, this is an update from the review I left on April 13, 2026. It has been 4 months now and dealing with Discount Tire to get my wheels replaced or repaired has been a nightmare. I have gone into the store to speak to the manager, left hand written notes for him to call me when he returned to the office, and called multiple times over the phone. Store wasn't open an ready to operate at opening time , been sitting here since they opened 8 and its 10 after 9am . They put somone in front of me that came in almost 45 minutes after me. Doesnt take 2 hours to change one tire . Especially when there is employees in the parking lot chatting it up like it's a social meeting. Don't waste your time with the service they provide. Sub standard
Scratched every wheel around all the lugnuts being careless with the impact letting it bounce off of the factory powder coated aluminum wheels and left grease on the drivers door inside and outside too . If you have a nice, expensive, or newer model vehicle don’t bring it here
Love this store and the workers are awesome. Wait time is fast also.
Friendly staff who made sure things are done properly. No complaints at all.
