We have been buying tires are Discount Tire in Conway for many years and have always been very pleased with the level of service and the knowledgeable staff. They are always ready to help and answer any questions that we may have.
On every visit, experienced poor shop training skills/workmanship. Shop employees at the Conway location seem to lack proper training with basic tire services including tire balancing & spare tire PSI checks. After a new tire purchase of $1,500 and going in for my first rotation and balance service, the car vibrated severely on highway and had to have car rebalanced & corrected at a different discount tire location. Only giving 1 star because I can’t go below a 1. I arrived and got the tires that I needed set up. Was asked to sit down and wait. minutes later was checked out. Then began to wait, which ended up being about an hour and a half. At least four or five others who were moved in front of me making my wait a lot longer. This kinda turned me negative.
