We purchased tires recommended online for our SUV. Upon arrival we were told the tires we ordered were for a big truck. Not our SUV. Salesman suggested another set in store. Old bait and switch.
I needed an unusual brand of trailer tires in a pinch and Discount Tire was able to find some for me and have them here by noon the next day and reasonably priced. When I got there to have them installed, I was gone within an hour of arrival. Not bad for 4 tires. Definitely recommend!
The people are very friendly and the work is done in a timely fashion. I highly recommend booking an appointment online so your time is secured. Walk-ins could have a lengthy wait because of the amount of business. Book online, get in, get out with a good job done
Everyone was very neat and professional. Salesmen were all knowledgeable about the operation and advised me of everything. I'm always impressed by how smooth things run there and the options on tires y'all have.
The worst customer service ever would go to Walmart before I ever step foot back in there
