Friendly great sales but the service is questionable sometimes like anywhere
I needed four new tires and Justin priced them for under $500. The service was less than an hour. Kameron gave me the last walk through, which I appreciated. All the guys were friendly and extremely knowledgeable!
If you want great service at reasonable prices, Discount Tire is where to go. The staff are always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I have gone to them for years and they have earned my trust.
What is the purpose of scheduling appointments if customers are expected to wait two hours past their appointment time without any communication? If appointments cannot be honored for any reason, that should be clearly communicated. Being told “you’re next in the bay” while watching your vehicle sit untouched is frustrating and unacceptable.
Accountability is important. There was a complete lack of it in my experience with them.
