I scheduled an appointment online and walked in to a waiting room full of customers. When I said I have an appointment, I was checked-in and given a time when I would be ready to go. Well I wasn't ready at that time but I was 5 minutes earlier. Great job guys!
It was my first visit to a Discount Tire, but it won't be my last. Everyone was professional and knowledgeable. No over selling or pushy tactics. Highly recommend the Discount Tire on East Stone Dr in Kingsport, TN.
