I have a great experience every time I use them. I have been a loyal customer for probably 10 years. They are always helpful and knowledgable. Make sure you always get that warranty! It pays for it's self every time.
Cartersville GA store employees are awesome. The guy met me in the parking lot and immediately addressed me by my name. He wasn't a pushy salesman which I appreciate. I have been doing business with DT for years and will continue to do so.

Usually, I’ve had great experiences with Discount Tire, but this location was an exception. I called the day before to get a quote for one tire plus installation and was given a specific price. When I came in the next day, the representative told me that the quoted offer was no longer valid and tried to charge nearly $60 more in additional fees. The whole experience felt sketchy and unprofessional. Although a manager eventually resolved the issue, this is not a Discount Tire location I plan to return to.
