Cartersville GA store employees are awesome. The guy met me in the parking lot and immediately addressed me by my name. He wasn't a pushy salesman which I appreciate. I have been doing business with DT for years and will continue to do so.

Usually, I’ve had great experiences with Discount Tire, but this location was an exception. I called the day before to get a quote for one tire plus installation and was given a specific price. When I came in the next day, the representative told me that the quoted offer was no longer valid and tried to charge nearly $60 more in additional fees. The whole experience felt sketchy and unprofessional. Although a manager eventually resolved the issue, this is not a Discount Tire location I plan to return to.
Customer Beware: I’ve been a loyal customer of Discount Tire for almost 10 years now. Unfortunately, I had a recent bad experience with them. I had my 2021 Lexus RX350 tires rotated and as usual, it was done in an efficient manner. I left without checking my car. A few weeks later, I’ve noticed that the passenger side bottom door molding was loose.
