Assistant Manager Jerry M. went out of his way for me to have two tires replaced. I had to cross South Carolina to travel to Evans. The tires on my SUV are not stocked in the store. I called him at 8:31 AM EST and he called me back by 9:35 AM EST to let me know the tires made it to the store. A representative had to travel to get my tires which was impressive Pep Boys nor Tires Plus could help me. I was able to have the tires put on same-day and it was worth the wait. Arguably the fastest, most efficient mounting and balancing experience of four new tires today in 45+ years of getting such services done. Had an 8 am appointment and was back on the road before 8:45 am with four properly inflated new tires. Bravo! Staff was personably, friendly and efficient; pricing was extremely competitive.
