Discount Tire is a good store with quality service for tires, balancing, and more. But this is the second time I booked an appointment online for a balance on my truck, arrived early by about 15 minutes, and they still didn’t take my truck into the shop for about 40 minutes. It feels like the booking schedule doesn’t really matter, because people without appointments get treated the same. I’m frustrated. Why does Discount Tire even have an online booking system if they don’t actually follow it?

I would give 10 stars if I could! I went to the Discount Tire located at 8811 N Sam Houston today and the customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. JOEL is absolutely FANTASTIC and helped me my entire visit. JOEL went above and beyond to help me. He came out to my car and took care of everything for me. I will be a loyal customer at this location because of JOEL! Thank you so much for making my experience so amazing!
