This place sucks. Scheduled me for an appointment for tires that didn't show up as promised. Avoid this place like COVID. Went to a different town to get my tires installed. If I could give a zero star I definitely would. Chris failed miserably

been to this location multiple times, great and fast service every time, and very communicative. This time around I had to get 4 new tires and Christopher was very informative and helpful👍🏼
I recently had my two front tires replaced at Discount Tire in Benton. They did an amazing job and I was very pleased with my experience. It was simple to book my appointment online and leave my car there overnight for the next day early appointment I made. Everyone I dealt with over the phone as well as in person was very professional and accommodating. One of my rims was pretty scratched up from hitting a curb and blowing out my front passenger tire. UPDATED REVEW: Even with my prior TPMS issue on my Jeep, I decided to give them another try and I took my wife's car to Discount Tire for two new tires. The staff was great and very nice, just as the first time around. They had the car ready when promised, and everything was done well. I am positive the broken TPMS was a one-off (although it did upset me and cost me some money to have it fixed), but I will continue to be a Discount Tire customer.
