3 and 1/2 hours to get a tire changed, not on a vehicle. Other people are coming in and out getting their cars serviced, after I had been checked in, I understand they had a couple appointments, but walk-ins after me were leaving before I did and they never told me when my tire was finished except the sales rep telling me oh "I'm sorry, it was ready an hour ago but the didn't know you were here" yet I never left except for about 10 minutes right after I checked in to get a coffee. After making an appointment on line for the first spot of the day, I arrived early, was handled even before their 8am opening time and my service (checking and repairing leak in tire) took no time at all. I was also given the recommendation to get new wipers which I knew I needed anyway. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Thank you, Discount Tire!
Would not recommend the Jonesboro Arkansas location. They are not know for honesty.
I recently purchased new tires from Discount Tire and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I got new front tires, my truck started wobbling, they fixed whatever mistake they made, and now the truck doesn't wobble. *My problem is that the guy blamed the wobble on my back tires and said "they aren't even safe to drive on". He pushed the sale of the new back tires hard, even trying to get me to commit to what time I would come back for it.
