Purchased new set of tires online with appt for later that afternoon. The staff were prompt, courteous, and well organized. In and out in less then 45 minutes on a Friday. Very pleased with experience! Follow up after getting my tires rotated and balanced. Easy to make an online appointment. Horrible workers, Vlad, Jonathan and Manager are all lazy and rude!
Quick and friendly. The boys and gal were working and moving with purpose, no fuss. Waited a little over an hr, just a walk-in for 2 replacement tires. Lobby was full and line kept moving. Good location.
I've brought my wife subaru to this location three times now and ever time they either cross threads or completely break off a lug bolt. They gave me a voucher to have it repaired every time but it costs me a trip to some other mechanic shop and I have to wait around for a few more hours to have it fixed. It's a major inconvenience.
