Quick, courteous, and professional. The ONLY downside that they will lose your chrome/custom air valve caps. Take a picture of your wheels (or take them off) before you take the car in for service.
I got what I thought was a flat that morning. I didn’t feel the blowout at all. A fellow driver honked until recognized her. But I was a block from work and decided to deal with it after work. I expected to be at Discount Tire until they closed that evening. Much to my surprise, I don’t think I spent a full half hour there. They were courteous, efficient and professional. I decided to return when I need to replace my other tires.
