Great people. Fast and care about their customers
ordered wrong size tire. Already waiting 4 days & now 3 more.
Don't come here unless your looking to leave with your wheel not torque down to spec, they'll leave you with a failing wheel bearing and a bad cv axel, would give zero stars but at least they get the 1 star, claims department won't help out and the manager is no help. They'll just give you the run around and make it seem as if you took it elsewhere! Heads up!!! Alvarez tires of prescott is the way to go. They were fairly busy the day I visited without an appointment. I was surprised that the service was quicker than expected.
Traveling from Alaska and got a nail in the RV tire. In and out in less than an hour with a free repair. Connor took care of me big time!
