I had a nail in my tire, so they inspected it. It looked like it was only in the tread, so they sprayed it to check for leaks and removed it right in the parking lot. Didn't even charge me or pull it in the garage. Other companies need to take note. Great Service!
I always feel like everyone here is pleasant and helpful. Today I was helped by Joseph and Connor. I was extremely pleased with their excellent and top notch customer service. I’ve also been helped by Reece who was awesome. Wound definitely recommend.

This is the 2nd time that I've gone to the prescott valley discount tire, and was told they couldn't fix a nail in a brand new tire. Both times I went else where, and it WAS infact a repairable tire. Im done wasting time with this discount tire. Do not recommend
Making an appointment online is worthless. They take forever to bring the vehicle inside to perform the work. However, they are professional and do good work.
