I have say that Angel (i know him for many years at northwest location) and his crews are the best. Very Knowledgeable & great work quality.
Angel was very professional from the beginning of our interaction. Kept it honest, showed me the damage to my tire and offered a replacement solution. Even upsold me on warranty because it sounded like a great deal.
I brought our 2005 Prius to this store for a tire rotation even though I purchased them at another location here in Henderson, NV since they are fast and thorough here. I was willing to pay for the rotation, but they rotate tires for all vehicles at NO CHARGE. I watched the crew work, and they were fast but very proficient using a torque wrench for the final tightening of the lug nuts.
