Times are tough! Firstly I want to speak to the pressure related to the "Set of Tires", High Pressure sale. They have gotten so pressed for sales perhaps that "ABS" Always be selling becomes the technique they use VS. helping the customer ride safely on the road. Came in worried about getting new tires on my Rivian just because of the specialty EV jack pucks it’s requires and Rivian being a newer auto maker. Chandler and his team took great care of my vehicle and respected my worries and reassured me they received the training and had the proper equipment to complete the job. They did a great job. If you have an EV, discount tire is no stranger to Tesla and now Rivian.
I have been here a few times and gotten great service. Fast and friendly.
Chandler was great. He answered all of my questions and just is an amazing person. Thank you for your help.
