Had tires mounted before a road trip, noticed a vibration on the trip. As soon as I was back in town I came back to have tires rebalanced, and was told "all my wheels are bent". I wasn't notified when I had tires mounted. They also can't provide a road force balance sheet to prove it, or have me see the tires spin on the balancer. Ill be finding another company that can actually provide better more transparent service from now on.
Always friendly and helpful. Usually, their service is fast and reliable.
Very friendly staff. Thought I needed to patch my tire. Ended up not needing it but they warmed my business for all future tire needs.
