I’m a longtime Discount Tire customer; 22 years to be exact, and I’ve visited numerous locations around the country. This has been the best location I’ve visited thus far. Very friendly, welcoming, and quiet. Plenty of space and clean. I was able to get work done while the alignment was performed on our Sequoia, and I didn’t once think about leaving. The people there seem joyful to be at work, and it comes through in their customer service. Really, really impressed. This is the only location I’ll visit in the valley. Thank y... read more
Chris and his entire team is the best. Integrity, accountability, honorable, and kind staff that always does a tremendous job!!!
First time at Discount Tires in Nevada but not in Illinois. I was assisted by Angel who was very knowledgeable and nice.
Weather caused my tire pressure light to come on and was driving by and thought I would stop and ask them to add air, but they actually had setup a line just for drive a pressure checks, such a great thing for a busy person like me, but drove up and didn't even have to get out of my car and they checked all my tires, added air and reported back on their condition for. Please keep that service at it is wonderful.
I booked my appointment online, and when I got to the store I was told it would take 45 minutes to complete the rotation and balancing, and it was done in about 15 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone that I worked with there was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend!!
