I went into Discount Tire for a slow leak and worked with Dyson, who was absolutely great to work with! I didn’t even have an appointment, but he got me in right away. He quickly found a nail in my tire, then checked all my other tires and showed me they were completely bald. He took the time to explain what healthy tires should look like and what signs of wear to watch for, which I really appreciated. First time at this location. Ordered new tires that were price matched. Service was friendly and efficient. Also there was a lot of room outside to hang out with my dog (who was also welcomed inside)
