I was greeted immediately and was assisted in finding the tires I needed. Appointment was set for the next day to accommodate my schedule. On the following day they met me before actually entering the store and began immediately. They were polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The entire service took just slightly over an hour. Great job, guys!
Regardless of how busy all these gentlemen may be, my recent experience at Discount Tire was a complete satisfaction, customer service top notch and the outstanding generous helping hand from Mark just took stress off my shoulders. I've had my car for 5 years now and even the excellent cherry on top tire shine definitely added the pop to it 🎉 Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!
I cannot give enough praise to Beau the Store Manager and Josh the Senior Assistant Manager. They waited an hour and half after close to get us new tires when ours popped 3 hours away from home, they did not know how long they would have to wait but they did not complain at all. They worked quick, very kind and very accommodating.
We’re in and out quick! They were willing to swap our wheels from our vehicle last minute with no complaints.
Amazing!!! Quick and affordable! All employees were super nice and helpful!
