Friendly staff, took time to help, made a call to the manufacturer of General Grabber SXT2, was 1st purchased from Walmart a set of (4) 10/2022. Unfortunately unware there was no mileage or yrs of warranty. The truck had a mechanical issue, and the truck sat for over a year before I was able to get the issue resolved. Stopped in for a valve stem replacement and they hooked me up quickly and back on the road. Mark was very professional and will definitely try and give discount tire business in the near future.
I had an issue with a couple of the employees and left frustrated and was never going to a discount tire again. The manager at this location heard about what happened and went above and beyond to make it right. I respect the effort to keep just one customer. I will be a customer for many years to come.
