Both guys did my service were very professional and told me what was going on as it was going on with the car
They were very professional. I only had to have one tire put on and the guy told me it’d be a little bit over an hour because I was booked but then a guy come off of lunch and I was out of there in 16 minutes! About two years ago, I went and got put Brand new tires all the way around on my truck and it took them from the time I pulled up about 45 minutes maybe an hour to have them all on balance and everything and I watched them and they are good!! Very friendly and that makes a big difference
The only place in town that I will go to! They are knowledgeable, have a large inventory, and most importantly they care about having quality tires on the road. Get the certificate, and all your worries are gone. I hit a curb hard in the rain last night, got in to the shop this morning and left within an hour with a new tire for $15. Josh was very personable as well, he showed me options for new rims but was not at all pushy like some shops can be. I love this place!!!!
Replaced a tire (on Christmas Eve morning) that had gone flat the night before. Associate was friendly and knowledgeable. Work was performed in an hour, even though six people were ahead of me in line when I was checking in. Discount Tire is highly recommended.
Wait time for appointment is a kind of disappointment. But there staff seem to listen and do a great job.
