At first I was hesitant to use discount tire since it seemed like the prices were higher than most of the competition in town. They were happy to beat the price of the lowest competition and provided great customer service over the phone and in person. I am happy with how the new tires turned out and will be working with them again in the future.
On my trip back from Texas my low tire pressure light came on. I was close to my overnight stop in Jackson, TN. After I checked into my hotel I looked for a tire repair shop. I was so happy to see there was a Discount Tire nearby. I’ve always had positive experiences with them in the past. Great service. Treated us great. They ordered us tires for our Tesla and the delivery service did not deliver the tires but they were needed badly. They did not have the size we needed in stock but sold us a set of rims and tires for the price we were going to pay for the tires we had ordered and for the trouble did not charge us any labor. You cannot ask for better people and service!
