Came into Discount Tire for a tire rotation and Thomas got me in within the hour. I’m a service technician myself, so I left to do a job and came back for my appointment. When I returned, I realized Thomas was working solo, which made the service even more impressive. He was answering phones, helping customers, and still checking in with everyone waiting. Discount Tire in South Surrey is amazing. Super honest and didn’t pressure me into buying anything beyond what I needed and gave me several options to choose from. They went out of their way to assist me. I recommend them without a doubt. Just contact them and you’ll see what I mean.
Shady as they come. I had a tire switch done here and inexplicably ended up waiting for over two hours. Each time I asked why it was taking so long, they told me they were almost done. Well, I was advised after the two hours that they had damaged my wheel during the switch and they had been trying to repair it (without informing me). Their method of repair? Epoxy.
