My mum has been coming here for years, and now I will be too! I have dealt with the folks here for two different services now -- AWESOME experience each time. As a young woman, there's always a worry that I may be overcharged for any 'bluecollar' services.. no need to worry here. The staff are also suppperrr patient with any questions you may have. Great service. I went there a month ago after buying new rims for my Acura MDX, which I had just purchased and which was on winter tires. Emily was very friendly, and the prices were very competitive compared to the big chains nearby! I was able to get an appointment for the next day to have my tires changed. Friendly but dishonest. I purchased new tires but they installed 2 years old from manufactured date. Life span of tires was not taken into consideration. The last time they refused to install my tires because they were 6-7 years old from manufactured date - I installed 4-5 years ago. I barely used them plus Covid shutdown ( I also switch from summer/winter tires). I had to get new tires. On my new tires purchased from them, I expect new tires not 2 years old.
