The last few times I have been there they have not been very helpful. It’s hard to get in without an appt, but when I just need a flat repair they try to tell me the tire needs replaced. Today when I went in they didn’t even look at the tire before telling me that. I argued and they finally looked at it to see if it was repairable, said it wasn’t, but it clearly was.
