I used the app to schedule a tire rotation and balance for 1130am. I arrived at 1115am. I didn’t get my car back until 1245pm. And an associate added a car to my account that I don’t own and they were servicing.

I'm very happy with my experience at this location. Great customer service, plus I only waited an hour for the installation. And the price I paid was comparable to other tire retailers. I scheduled an appointment and paid for the tires online, so that helped with the shorter wait time.
Got topped off on air. Notified about a nail in the tire. Helpful and knowledgeable guys.
Usually top notch. Time before last tires need to be rebalanced. One side great, the other side not good at all. I had them rebalanced (no charge to me) and now I need to travel on the interstate to give a final assessment. I have used this location over 15 years, if this rework on the balancing works, I will continue to use them.
