I was there to get my leaky tire fixed, but ended up having to buy new tires because the old ones were no good. I was out of there in FIFTEEN minutes. The service was amazingly courteous and efficient. I have always had good service at any Discount Tire, but today’s service was the best I have ever had in 20 years. I am so glad I chose to go there today.
Great experience! Had a nail in my tire...had to wait to be pulled into a open bay other than the wait service was great!
At 3:40 pm I stopped to do my tires check, no one was there. Until 3:50 and no one showed up, I asked one of the associates for assistance they told me they will be right with me but nobody helped me. I called their office asking if someone can assist me ok we will someone know you are outside, they were walking outside and nobody assisted me. I did a mistake buying my 5 cars tires from you guys, never coming back again.
Just come to this place and they don't want to make valid the guarantee , the tire is .6 mm of life but they edge have less life that the center , since 7 years ago I always use discount tire but since 2 years they are more rude with their customers also more expensive , I think is time to left them and might be ill go to Costco or Sears . Very efficient and professional, went in on a Friday Morning at 8 AM. People were lined up at the door, at least 10 people and I was checked in after about 10 minutes!! It took about 25 minutes to fix my tire and inspect the others, the staff did a great job, everyone was very nice and professional, the manager David Henley made sure I was happy with my service.
