Had a issue with new rims on same tires, vibration at high speed Manager Gordon listened, and then went into solving the problem after another wheel balance, and problem was still their, he then told me it had to be my tire lugs were not the correct ones, and he was right. Great customer service on his part and I appreciate him solving problem for me . Ronald Fleming customer 33 years will keep coming back.

it is rediculus to wait two hours to fix a flat tire! the guy said two hours that means three! they should have a dedicated tech to do just that for people! most people buying tires so they expect the long wait. but for a flat? no, two hours is not acceptable!!!!
