Very nice and attentive employees. It was busy but a young man greeted me as soon as I walked in. My tires low pressure light was on and he checked them and directed me to area that two equally nice and professional men addressed the issue. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.

The last few times I have been there they have not been very helpful. It’s hard to get in without an appt, but when I just need a flat repair they try to tell me the tire needs replaced. Today when I went in they didn’t even look at the tire before telling me that. I argued and they finally looked at it to see if it was repairable, said it wasn’t, but it clearly was. While there 4-5 other people came in and they did the same thing to them. One even bought the tire less than a month ago, and they refused to honor the warranty... read more

My daughter went there on Saturday as she had a low tire. Owen didn't realize I was with her and told her she had a huge nail on the back side of the tire. Couldn't be repaired and tried to sell her a replacement for $225.00. I told him absolutely not and said I would take it somewhere else. We did and there was no nail!!!!! I went back today to let the manager (Tyler Jasperson) know and all he did was stick up for his employee. I even showed him pictures of the tire with no nail in sight and he still defended him. Wow! I read other comments that said they had great customer service. I must have come at the wrong day. My experience was less than ideal. The tires were great and the price was reasonable but the front counter was chaos and the staff just ignored me until I got really “assertive” about the amount of time I had to wait to even talk to someone. Very frustrating experience for me. I hope others don’t have the same problem.

I recently purchased new wheels and tires from Discount Tire, and unfortunately, the overall experience has been less than satisfactory.
