I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but my recent experience at Discount Tire deserves recognition, especially because of the outstanding service I received from Rocco. The staff was very communicative as well as friendly. Went with my two month old baby, the service was great! Really appreciate the online tracker, very transparent experience. They had a reasonable price for the tires I needed which are harder to find as my car is older. When the employee gave me back my car he got the air going, opened the door for me and for my baby to go in his car seat and loaded up the stroller in the trunk. I would definitely recommend and come back again.
My experience was quite interesting. I had an appointment and still waited. While they serviced walk ins before appointments. All I need done is a tire check and maybe a repair. It’s over an hour wait. They need a method to the madness at this place
