Quick in and out. Despite not being able to do alignment on my vehicle they tried. Smaller car and all.
Came in because I had a nail in the tire. Peyton ( not sure if that’s how you spell his name ) was very helpful and friendly along with every staff here that I’ve encountered. Took no more than 30 minutes here. Thanks guys.
Had an incredible experience at Discount Tire Thursday thanks to Colin! I came in needing urgent tire replacements for my Tesla and he was super nice, incredibly helpful, and informative throughout the whole process. He even took the time to ask how my day was going and made sure I got everything taken care of quickly and safely. Fantastic customer service ask for Colin if you visit this location!
Even if you have an appointment you are made to stand in line to be served. Having an appointment did make the total wait time reasonable after initial contact with the counter person.
