Been using this store for about 5 years. Never had a problem til today. Needed a tire repair. The agent told me the car wouldn’t be ready til around 7, it was 5. I told him I would go home and he said no problem he would text when it was ready. I told him I was sorry he would have to work late. No problem he said. Around 7 I headed back over to pick up the car and the place was locked up. I received no text, no call and now I have no car. What Discount tire location ever! We had a nail in our tire that didn’t have a leak but decided to get it patched just to be safe. They made the repair and said it was good to go. Next morning our tire is flat!!! We take it back and they look at it and say that our bead is damaged. I told them that they are the ones that’s caused the damage cause the tire was just fine before the repair. All the guy could say was we don’t know if we did the damage or you did the damage! Super staff. Quick service with a appointment! Never a problem getting things replaced or fixed at a great price! Highly recommend! It takes a lot to impress me.
The service at this Discount tire was amazing! I had an issue and the Manager went above and beyond to make it right! You can make an appt. that was great to find out. They are always busy. I was there 2 times in one day and both times they were slammed! BUT, they are very efficient and you can tell handling everything as quickly as possible and lines move pretty fast. Customer Service here is exceptional!
