They were all very quick and kind here. I walked in with a flat tire and no appointment and they got it done. Mathew, the manager, and the people changing the tires were all very attentive and kind. It was my first time going there, and I will definitely be going back if I need to!
I’ve been a loyal Discount Tire customer for years, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The employee actually told me to book my tires online because the price would be cheaper. I did exactly that. Then I received a phone call saying they didn’t have the tires I ordered in stock and that I’d have to pay an extra $60 for different tires.
