My Mom and Dad were at this location for help with a screw in their tire when they were on a trip this past weekend. They were assured the tire could be patched, but it would be an hour in a half. My parents mentioned they were from out of town. After an hour in a half, they were told they had to purchase a new tire. Even then, this tire store agreed it could be patched, but they were no longer willing to do it, for no apparent reason other than they wanted to make $300 on a new tire. I booked my appoint for balance and rotation online. When I arrived I was greeted by a staff member before I could fully get parked. They are ready to help you take care of your car needs. Excellent staff and swift service. I will be back!
