I’ve been a loyal Discount Tire customer for years, but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The employee actually told me to book my tires online because the price would be cheaper. I did exactly that. Then I received a phone call saying they didn’t have the tires I ordered in stock and that I’d have to pay an extra $60 for different tires. Outstanding Customer Service!
When I called and spoke to Aaron I was told that making an appointment would get me in and out of the store more quickly. As soon as I arrived I spoke to Aaron. We talked while he completed his PC. He then told me he would need an extra 30 minutes (90 minutes total) because I was having six tires replaced on my RV and it took a little longer due to using the air jacks.
