Had tires replaced. Specifically asked them to be careful with rims as I had issues in the past with them scratching rims on previous vehicles. Car came back and had these scratches on 2 of the 4. This store just turns out cats and it feels like they don’t take care in what they do. Very disappointing, probably will pay more and go to the dealership next time. They at least take the time and care with the vehicles.
Pretty good only problem is long wait times from time to time but it's understandable they get a lot of business

Luis at Southlands provided great service. I brought in a used car I purchased a couple of months ago due to air leaking in a rear tire. Luis looked at the tire, did some research, and determined that the wrong size tires were installed on the rear wheels. They were the same size as the fronts but should have been bigger. Luis found a proper match in the warehouse and had tires ready for installation the next day. Great knowledge, professionalism and service.
