If you’re there to buy wheels and/or tires you’re treated really good. It’s the service afterwards (that you paid for in the form of a warranty) that could really do some improving! Took my vehicle in to get the tires rotated and a leak fixed. I watched customers who bought tires and tire-wheel combination get shoveled to the bay ahead of me and another guy getting his tires rotated. Took me 2 hours, to get 30-minutes, tops. Really unprofessional! I guess they just don’t understand the VALUE of repeat customers.
