Great service and price; however, just about every time I go in I have had to wait over 25min in line before I can drop off my car. I hope its something they can work out, as otherwise this is a great location with great service. If it were not for that, would be a 5 star!
On the website, it states if you pay online and set your appointment online, service is faster, etc. I paid upfront for 4 tires. When I showed up for my 415 pm appointment at 4 as the text messages recommended, the employee stated it would be an hour until my car was done. It is now 520 pm, my car hasn't moved, multiple people have come and left and had their car serviced prior to mine.
