We hit a rock while on vacation and ruined a tire and wheel. Moe went out of his way to get us a new tire and wheel. The service was excellent.
On Saturday, I had a very rude customer say some very rude things about my “generation” and I tried ignoring it but I snapped... I felt horrible I had never talked to my elder the way I spoke to this man...
