I. Have bought 2 sets of tires from these people over the last couple of years.I go into the schedule an appointment for the tire rotation and balancing. they absolutely refuse to make an appointment for me.They tell me I had to go to the website and do it if I wanted a particular time.This is the worst discount tires.I think i've ever been to stay away from this place

One tire from a set of four that I had purchased over 3 years ago from Discount Tire blew out a sidewall and couldn't be repaired. I called the Lexington service center to ask if they had a new one in stock. They ordered one and called me the next morning to tell me that it had been delivered. I drove to the store and they installed a new tire in 30 minutes. The tire protection plan I had purchased with the set saved me almost $300. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs tires or service. They are top-notch.

Had a issue with new rims on same tires, vibration at high speed Manager Gordon listened, and then went into solving the problem after another wheel balance, and problem was still their, he then told me it had to be my tire lugs were not the correct ones, and he was right. Great customer service on his part and I appreciate him solving problem for me . Ronald Fleming customer 33 years will keep coming back.

A little over 2 years ago, I bought 4 new Pirelli tires for my car, along with the certificates for road hazard for all 4 tires. I had driven the car about 11,000 miles since I bought the tires. Yesterday, I found a nail in the MIDDLE of my driver's side rear tire. I took my car to the Discount Tire store at 2927 Southwest Freeway, Houston, TX 77098 for them to repair the tire. On August 9, 2024, I took my car directly to this Discount Tire with the paperwork showing the front right tire issue after Round Rock Honda told me I had a nail and a slow leak. After waiting 1.5 hours, I asked the man who checked me in about my car since it had not moved and the waiting room had cleared of everyone who was there when I arrived. Very nice and attentive employees. It was busy but a young man greeted me as soon as I walked in. My tires low pressure light was on and he checked them and directed me to area that two equally nice and professional men addressed the issue. I was very impressed and would recommend them to anyone.
