Checked in for appointment 2 hours early for a nail in tire, and rotation. The customer service rep did not check us in and we sat waiting. Told 2 different customer service reps that we were still waiting for our appoint. Time and nothing was done. 1 hour after appt. Time we checked with them again only to find that we were still notchecked in! The text check in message does not work either! Never Again.! I thought discount tire was one of the better shops to go to but after this, NEVER AGAIN... I thought Discount

Beware they break it you pay for it! $208.57. When in for balance and tire rotation.3232 EAST CACTUS Manager told me one of my lug nuts was crossed threaded, but they could get it off broken at the stud. If it’s crossed threaded, you guys did it last time. You’re the only ones that do my tires. Manager tried to cover it butt instead of trying to help. Had to go to brake master’s #213. Best help ever. I had to buy a whole set of lug nuts for 69.68 for my fuel wheels that I bought at Discount Tire. So, 208.57 later they fixed ... read more

very disappointed in my continental tires.bought the replacement certificates and the 80000 mile tires been 40000 miles and the tires are shot.discount tire told me they would take care of me and they would call within 2 days.never heard from them.so sad.

Over 4 hours! That was how long I waited from the time this Discount Tire location checked me in to the time they finally brought my car went in to replace a full set of tires. It is by far the longest wait time I have ever experienced in my 20-year history as a customer of this business. Before that, the longest wait time I ever had at Discount Tire was almost two hours. I've been using Discount Tires for over 30 years in San Antonio, New Braunfels, Seguin and most recently San Marcos. I have to say that the San Marcos location is the worst! I had them install new tires on one of my vehicles a year ago along with new wipers. The new wipers have never worked well and within weeks I was having to put air in the new tires. Since then, I've been back to get air several times and every time there's been a long line for air that even spills into the adjacent parking lot. I'll drive to New Bra... read more

paid $80+ DOLLARS TO HAVE A TIRE PRESSURE CENSOR MONITOR PUT IN. WITHIN 36 HOURS IT WAS NOT WORKING. WENT BACK A COUPLE DAYS LATER AS THAT WAS THE SOONEST i COULD GET BACK O THE SHOP. WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT FIX IT AS MY TIRE WAS TO WORN AND I WOULD HAVE TO BUY NEW TIRES BEFORE THEY WOULD REPLACE/REPAIR SENSOR. I have been purchasing tires from Discount for over 35 years. And while no company is perfect, discount ALWAYS strives to put the customer first. Today, at the Rowlett, TX store, their manager Chris was again a stellar example of listening to the customer's concerns. And going above and beyond the call to care and provide exceptional service. I want to thank and commend Tyler Baur for his help during my recent visits to Discount Tire Southfield. I had tires installed and worked with Tyler. He provided accurate info, was polite and engaging, and, most importantly, politely listened to me! After initial installation, unfortunately, I had balance problems. (Discount Tire repeated fails on this service point. And its completely avoidable.) On my first return visit the tech seemed detached and uninterested in my problem, and did NOT listen. I was waiting with my dog for over almost 2 h and I am still waiting. The store is empty, only one lady before me.  The manager come and go and the personnel come and go and no one even. He led my car.
