I bought my last set of tires there 8 years ago and was in recently for a new set on the same vehicle. I made an appointment on a Thursday for a Saturday morning. Staff is helpful with suggestions and pricing. Will tailor choices based on specific needs. My new set cost only $25 more than the last set! I was in and out in under an hour. Highly recommend.
Booking the appointments for my cars to have new tires placed was easy. I liked how you can compare tires and read reviews before you decide to buy them. My experience in the shop was pleasant. The lobby and restroom were clean, the music was good, and the employees were all kind and very knowledgeable. They went over exactly what was going to be done, the pricing, and the estimated time I'd be waiting as soon as I checked in. I have already recommended these guys to my friends and family!
This shop was very very clean, the waiting area was comfortable enough, and they had USB charging, guest Wi-Fi, and text updates during service. Staff were friendly, patient, and helpful the whole time. Ordering my tires online beforehand was easy, and I loved being able to schedule installation during checkout and you can even get a quick price match online to save money. Very quick and attentive service.
Had a great experience. Went here for 1st time today after online research. No prior appt, directly drove there. Directly went to counter and told that I was planning long drive and one rear tyre showed much loss of air from just 10 days ago. The guy on counter was super friendly, went outside to my car to check the tyre; check tread and miles reading. No issue was apparent in tyre.
