I called yesterday at 2:30pm in an emergency, needing 4 brand new tires for my 2015 subaru outback as soon as possible. I needed better than the cheapest quality, but not the top of the line either. Adrian helped me on the phone and Trevor helped me in the store. For ~ 700$ out the door, I showed up at 3:30pm same day and got my keys back 30 minutes later and drove away with excellent brand new tires, in my price range. It was the most seamless and agreeable car repair experience I’ve ever had in my life.
Adrian C at Discount Tire is INCREDIBLE - trustworthy. Extremely knowledgeable about tire brands, warranties etc. and helped me pick out the perfect tires. We discussed road noise, wear and tear, driving conditions, warranty, price and his personal experience. The tire I wanted didn't have a warranty and he told me why that would matter to me and that I have to lookout for that.
