The reason I buy my tires at Discount Tire is for the service and reliability afterwards. When it was time for a rotation and balance I schedule a time on line and I'm in and out in a flash, and if I'm on the road away from home and I have a problem they have stores almost everywhere and they will fix you up no charge.
Went in for tire sensors to get fixed and decided to get all new tires as well, the whole thing was less than a hour! Everyone was super friendly!

I ordered tires and arranged the appointment a week or more in advance. I live an hour away from the store,I arrived at my appointment on time and worked on getting checked in, to which I find out that only 3 tires were delivered. I was not happy with how this was going. Of course they offer to locate the one tire or work with me on a different set of tires. Most people would be sure,what can you do for me.
