Adrianna was friendly and professional. The tire techs are also friendly, professional and do a quality job!
The reason I buy my tires at Discount Tire is for the service and reliability afterwards. When it was time for a rotation and balance I schedule a time on line and I'm in and out in a flash, and if I'm on the road away from home and I have a problem they have stores almost everywhere and they will fix you up no charge. And the employees are very friendly and helpful.
Went into the store... Stood in front of 3 service people and not 1 looked up from their computer.. There were computers in front of the counter. Perhaps I was supposed to walk into the store and contact them on the computer? Why are they in store, ? they could sit on their phone and computer and stay home.

Don’t even make an appointment, they take forever and put people without appointments first. I had something that takes 20-30 min, I was there for 2.5 hrs. The worker are friendly at least
