I had ended up somehow getting a piece of metal stuck in my tire, and I was lucky enough to get Austin as my tech today to check my tire. He explained everything so efficiently and made sure I understood everything he intended to do to fix my tire. I am so extremely grateful that I got Austin for assistance today, and I hope that he is the first on your list for a pay raise. 10/10 for Discount tire! 20/10 for Austin.
I've used this Discount Tire location multiple times for new tires and rotations, and have always had a good experience. The guys up front are always attentive, helpful, and friendly. My most recent experience was especially good. I brought my camper in to have new tires mounted and learned they did not get the tires I ordered shipped in time for my appointment. Austin went ahead and upgraded me to a better, more expensive tire at no upcharge. They also had the work complete within the hour.
Good group of people there, prompt service and always willing to help.
