Purposely made appt at 2:00 arrived 15 min early. Told me should be done in 45 min., hour later still not in shop, tires not pulled, radio blaring xmas music. Lots of messing around in shop. Looked like a college frat house. Left with no tires, my choice.

Went i because i had a flat tire that needed replaced. I had two different people trying to sell me 4 tires, show me how “bad” my tire are, and push the discount Mohave tire on me, which is one of their brands. They claim they don’t work on commission, but I’m sure they are taught to always sell 4 tires and always push their branded tires. I finally told them that’s enough and just sell me the tire I came for. After I got my car back, they didn’t even bother to make sure my other tires had air.
