Management was very rude argumentative too busy flirting did not honor my price match. Any discount tire I've ever gone into with a price match they've always told me just bring in a screenshot and we'll take care of it not Andrew and the assistant and the assistant just kept giving me dirty looks took me an hour and 45 minutes to get out of there and I had an appointment at 3:45. I would not recommend discount tire on Pan American freeway to anybody
Recommendedthe only good thing about the rona era we are in, is the in and out service and being able to wait in your car. in and out in about 20 min. the discount on pan American was awesome! great jobs guys.
I pulled into the Pan American location after a tire came apart on the highway. I took a look at at the rest of my tires and decided to go ahead and replace all of them. The staff were very friendly and installed the set in like 30 minutes! I had to get back to work at the hospital which is about fifteen minutes away. Right from the start, Josh was extremely helpful and took such good care of us. We had no idea our tire was about to blow but Josh helped us out. All the staff was super nice and we were in and out with our new tires within the hour! This Discount Tire is our go to stop for tires!

I got there around 1145 and by noon I was told it would be an hour before my tire gets to the store. At 2pm still nothing. My suv still sitting in the parking lot. At 215 your tire is here and it’ll be a few minutes to get it on. At 235 I get up look outside. “Did they repark my car???!!!” Ugh I was sooooo mad. It was one freaking tire and it shouldn’t have taken from 1145-235 to get and put a tire back in!!!
Great tires great service been getting all my tires their won't go nowhere else.
