I was sitting in the lobby waiting and the rudest lady came in and this young man was so kind and patient with her. I truly don’t know how because I would have told her off as soon as she started acting up. I just wanted to commend his patience and personality! He seems like a shining star of the team. If you need 5 star help, I believe his name was Sam or Samuel.
Cruz and Daniel absolutely had the best customer service I have seen. They were very knowledgeable made my experience very easy! I had asked for my rear tires back as a just in case. They were wrapped up and safely put in my hatch back. Will definitely come back and see this location. Thank you both you guys are the best!
Discount Tire on 1st Street in Abilene is great. Go see them for all your tire needs. Great team and customer service.
If I could give less than a star I would but it would take away from the point of how truly awful the experience I had here was. I went to your store 5 times in week. I had an order placed incorrectly, so I had to drive up to your store and waste time. Then once they tell me the tire is in I go back up there and you install the tire wrong. Then once I go up there again you install the tire wrong and it flattens the tire and ruins it while I’m driving putting myself and family in danger.
