I only rated four stars because i’m actively getting the service done so i can’t speak on that. but wanted to say Bradley from the front desk should get some recognition!! He had amazing customer service and was super sweet and kind. I went back two days in a row and he was consistent with care and you can tell he builds a relationship with customers. Discount Tires just know its people like Bradley that help yall make a profit!!

Brought my vvehicle in for tire rotation and balancing. I had a 10:15 am appointment. They got my vehicle in and quickly finished the job by about 10:45. Technician explained everything that they found and corrected on my tires. Discount Tire rocks!!!!!!

I called told a David my tire had been aired up then minutes after my light came on so I knew my tire might go down by morning. I knew they were closed Sunday, I asked him about the tire, he said to come in to let them look at it. So when I got there I was welcomed and said I would be waiting 2 hours. I stayed it's good that I did. I was told the hole from nail was too big. So I said ok. I had warranty it was not too much. I got out sooner than I was told.i was very pleased.
