Ordered new set of Tires off their website and paid for Installation. They called when tires arrived at shop and I went then instead of the scheduled appointment. They changed to a cheaper tire. When I brought it to their attention they swapped the tires to the correct special ordered tires in a hurry and then proceeded to scratch my wheel. They also left a bunch of tire lube on the wheels and tires. The sockets they use aren't plastic sleeved. They did pay for wheel repair. Always helpful, I bought my new Motorhome tires from here, I am very pleased with the service... Being a single woman I would recommend this franchise. They ALWAYS treat me with the greatest respect.
