Went in to get a tire plugged they said they couldn't plug it but also couldn't put the tire back on because it was unsafe whatever I'll just have it replaced so we replaced two because they recommend to do that so it doesn't pull to one side and it comes out to like $300 so we do financing or so I think but what they neglect to mention was to finance you need to open one of their credit cards so I have to close that and pay in full anyway not to mention they basically Lord me in by saying if they could fix it it would be fr... read more
Customer service was very professional got me in an out in a timely hassle free moment
We've been going for decades to discount tire in Arizona. We were pleased to see that they have a location in ENC, but the service is a lot different. There is a slow leak in one of the tires. I tried to explain this and was told its the weather and to go have them fill it up. Well, it's low again...and we live over an hour away from Greenville. Im seriously thinking of taking my business to Walmart; I can't believe Im saying this, but they were fast and have the same, if not better deal than Discount, without the wait.
If i could it would be 0 stars, i waited for close to 2 hrs at this place and they never got to me before i took my business elsewhere! No refund was issued. I got there early around 8 am and there was two people ahead of me, tech had told me 1 hr it would be done and after waiting for an hr and they didnt even put my vehicle in the bay I decided to peek in the shop and she what they had going on. Absolutely loved my experience! Highly recommend their services. Staff was super friendly and kind. As a girl if you have no clue about tires I definitely recommend going here!
