I’ve been rather disappointed with this location now on two occasions, hence the low rating. I bought new tires online a few months ago. I made an appointment online to have them mounted and balanced. After taking almost an hour longer than they estimated, they had the tire pressure wrong on all 4 tires, and my spare. Appropriate pressures are printed on the door jam so there is no excuse for this. I watched the crews in the bay struggle with some pretty basic mechanical tasks on more than one vehicle. Went there to get my tire fixed, did it for free. Didn't try to rip me off or come up with random things. Seems like a place that you can trust to work on your vehicle.
Went in for 2 Falken tires on my son's camry. $167.00 a piece. Got there and they had put $74.00 cheapo tires on it. Good thing I checked them. A lot of people would have just driven off. He said they were a mis-pick. Perhaps....seems odd they happened to put the cheapest tires available on it. Maybe it was a mistake....always check their work to make sure.
This place always takes care of me. I won’t go anywhere else!
Went in to get a tire plugged they said they couldn't plug it but also couldn't put the tire back on because it was unsafe whatever I'll just have it replaced so we replaced two because they recommend to do that so it doesn't pull to one side and it comes out to like $300 so we do financing or so I think but what they neglect to mention was to finance you need to open one of their credit cards so I have to close that and pay in full anyway not to mention they basically Lord me in by saying if they could fix it it would be fr... read more
