Tire completely flat. Didn’t have an appointment until 10:45 this morning as it was the earliest I could get online. I’m here from out of town for my sons bowling tournament and that appointment time was cutting it close. They were able to get me in early and patch up my tire. I’m very lucky that I hit the Customer Service jackpot!!!! Much thanks to Jason, the mechanic and the rest of the crew!! Did I mention this place is the cleanest I’ve seen?

The appointment system they've set up due to Covid is not working. Looks like they are overbooking each appt (kinda like drs do)... Waited 30 mins JUST to check in! FYI if you call instead of come in - you get faster service. Calls jump the line. 20 mins of my wait was due to lengthy phone inquiries. They 100% need an online check in option. I probably will not come back unless they implement an online check in.

Still looking for the catch. I’m difficult to please (not really, just most places aren’t very good, unfortunately.) I’ve bought 3 sets of tires from them over the last few years. Today I had to take my van in for a screw in the outer tread. I expected them to tell me once I got there that there was some loophole in the protection plan (or whatever it’s called) that I had purchased but nope, still no catch.
