Fast, professional repair on my tire. What impressed me most was overhearing conversations service writers were having with other customers. No hard sell, options explained, no BS. This is a reputable shop, I will return to for other work. Recommended.
Drove away from having tires replaced here and happened to stop and check pressure in all tires. I found that my driver rear tire was inflated to almost 90 psi instead of the recommended 33 psi. How does that even happen? I could hardly believe my eyes, returned immediately, and they tested the pressure themselves and reduced it. But seriously, what the hell? Doesn’t inspire confidence at all that they know what they’re doing. That’s not safe to send someone out on the road like that. Totally ridiculous.

They provided outstanding customer service today, going ABOVE and BEYOND to fix my tire entirely free of charge. I am so grareful for their kindness, and give them 10/10.
