I just recently took my vehicle here to have a new set of tires put on. I was wondering why my vehicle was riding so rough especially after just getting brand new tires. I ended up discovering they did not properly secure my tires to my vehicle. I had all 20 lug nuts before I dropped it off and they returned it to me with only 15 lug nuts. Each tire is missing a lug nut and my front driver side was missing 2 lug nuts, and they decided to replace 1 of the missing lug nuts with just 1 plain nut bolt.
