RecommendedGreat service!! I didn’t have an appointment until Saturday and I showed up with a leaky tire. I had ordered tires the day before and they arrived today (talk about luck). They were able to get me in and out within an hour. I had my toddler with me, so they were very understanding and quick!
Stopped by to have them check my car tires. The technician said my back tires are not safe to drive & I need to buy new ones. After he gave the prices I told him I will get back with him. I went to Costco to compare prices. Not only prices were $60 cheaper they also told me my tires are ok that I don’t need to buy new ones!!! I think by being honest & providing proper customer service you can attract more customers. I will not do business with this store even though they are local.
They need to get someone else behind the counter that’s not Mitch . His customer service stinks and is an absolute jerk when speaking to customers. Go somewhere else.
They are fast efficient and get the job done right..I make a appt, get the work started within a few minutes and usually done so fast I can't finish my breakfast at Denny's.Love the friendly FAST service!

Shout out to the guys at the Buckeye location. I pulled in at 5:22 with a completely flat tire and their waiting room completely packed. I figured I would have to drop it off and Uber home and wait till the next day to have it replaced. Even though they close at 6:00 they stayed and made sure that every customer was taken care of. I was picking up a tire as my discount did not have it in stock but already on the west side so I stopped to pick it up. I was going to have my local discount guys install tire on rim but this shop offered to do it despite looking busy. Every Discount I Go Hawks!!! To they are very customer friendly and I usually show up 30 minutes before closing and they stay until my tire is repaired. Thank you
